Where every number on this site comes from, and the rules it has to pass.
2100 is an independent research operation, not a clinic and not a marketing agency. The terminal is free to use. This page explains where every number on this site comes from and the rules the data has to pass before it ships.
Where the data comes from
Every provider record is built from the provider's own published pages — program brochures, price lists, and service descriptions on the clinic's website. 70 of 72 records carry a source link to the exact page we read, and 70 of 72 carry a last-checked stamp. The most recent verification pass ran 2026-07-20. Records are re-checked on a rolling cycle, and when a clinic links a dedicated pricing page we fetch that page directly instead of waiting for the next scheduled pass.
Pricing rules
30 of 72 providers are priced. The other 42 either publish no prices or quote per patient — those are listed as "contact for pricing", never estimated. The rules for every price on this site:

| Published list prices only | Every price is the clinic's own published price for a named program or tier. No estimates, no "market ranges", no third-party aggregator numbers. |
| Single-unit prices | Where a clinic sells multi-session packs, the single-session price enters the index — pack discounts would fake a cheaper entry point. |
| Native currency preserved | 8 clinics publish in their own currency (EUR, AED, THB, JPY). We show the native price first with an approximate USD conversion at a dated ECB reference rate; all rankings are computed on USD. |
| Conflicts get flagged, not averaged | When a clinic's site disagrees with our record, the conflict is logged and re-verified against the live page. We adopt the clinic's current published value or keep the record unchanged — we never split the difference. |
| Price history is kept | Every price carries a day-over-day history, which is how the terminal reports real price moves rather than snapshots. |
What we never do
Clinics cannot pay to be listed, ranked, or removed. Ordering on every page is computed from the data (price, evidence tier) — never edited by hand and never sold. A small number of at-home testing and telehealth partners pay a referral fee when a reader signs up through a tracked link; those links are labelled as sponsored, limited to partner services, and have no effect on any ranking or recommendation. The registry covers 23 countries; coverage is driven by where longevity medicine is actually practiced, not by who partners with us.

Intake requests are answered personally within 48 hours. Shortlists are built only from registry records that match your country, budget, and treatment interest — every claim in a concierge reply traces to a registry record with a source. We are a research service: we point you at clinics and their published terms, we do not give medical advice.
