Longevity Value Index

Longevity interventions ranked by evidence per dollar — where your money buys the most proven benefit.

Data: 2100 registry · May 2026 · 8 entries · updated 2026-05-07

Every longevity intervention costs money and carries a different weight of evidence. This ranks them by evidence per dollar: the strength of the human/animal evidence divided by what a year actually costs. It's a blunt instrument on purpose — a high score means you're paying little for something the science backs; a low score means you're paying a lot for something still early. We annualize every price to make a $8/month generic and a $18,000 course comparable, and we skip interventions whose cost is too variable to rank honestly.
