The longevity price sheet
Short one this week. We track 49 longevity clinics on the terminal and priced every one that publishes real numbers. The spread is the story.
The floor is $5 a month. That’s a rapamycin script from AgelessRx, off-label, prescription required.
The ceiling is a million dollars. That’s a single gene therapy enrollment at Libella in Colombia.
In between sits what most people mean by “longevity clinic”: the concierge programs. Fountain Life runs $6,500 a year for its CORE tier and about $20,000 for APEX.
Two things worth knowing before you spend anything:
-
“Full-body MRI” isn’t one price. It’s roughly $2,000 a scan at Ezra, and it’s bundled into $6,500-and-up memberships at Fountain Life. Both are a different product from a $365-a-year Function Health lab membership. Know which one you’re buying.
-
The best evidence per dollar isn’t at a clinic. Metformin tops our value index at about $144 a year. Rapamycin has the strongest animal-longevity data of anything you can get today and runs $5 to $290 a month through AgelessRx or Healthspan. Both are telehealth-priced.
